Hotel Certificate Details
- Hotel rooms for free? How do you do it?
We hear this one all the time, so that's why we've put it here first. The simple answer is that many hotels have low occupancy rates during the week. Rather than letting the rooms sit empty, they'd prefer to give them away to incentive promoters like us. We provide vouchers for the rooms to distributors (like you!), and they sell or give them away to consumers. That's all there is to it!
To learn more about how this works, be sure to read the inside scoop.
- What exactly is each hotel stay certificate redeemable for?
Each of our hotel stay certificates is redeemable for a free 3 day, 2 night stay in one of 30+ great destinations. No additional purchase is required, and transportation to and from the hotels is up to the consumer.
We estimate the average retail value of each certificate to be over $200. You can purchase them in bulk for as little as 40 cents each.
- A deal this great has to come with some restrictions. What are they?
We don't believe in fine print, and are happy to discuss all the details up front. Basic restrictions do apply, but you'll never encounter hidden fees, an unhelpful redemption office, or required timeshare presentations. Basically, we ask that your customers follow three basic rules to receive their 3 day 2 night hotel stay:
- They must check in to the hotel on a weekday.
- They must give 60 days notice prior to taking their vacation.
- They must pay a registration fee of either $10 or $20, and either state-mandated room taxes of about $9 a night (per room, not per person) or a refundable deposit. No other fees are ever collected.
We pride ourselves on honesty and provide full disclosure of all restrictions. Why would you work with a company that didn't?
- What hotels do you use?
Because the travel industry is constantly changing, we do not publish a list of available hotels. You don't have to worry about sending someone on a less than superior vacation, however - probably the best way to describe them is that they are hotels that would normally cost the consumer between $70-139 a night. Typical chains include Marriott, Hampton Inn, Red Roof Inn, Ramada, and other well-known franchises. In Las Vegas and Atlantic City, we work with major casino hotels to provide a mini-suite.
- Are you sure no timeshare presentations are involved?
The answer is clear: we do not require any type of sales presentations from customers. No tours, no meetings, business opportunities, or anything similar. To learn more about timeshare, please read this important notice.
- When do the certificates expire?
Currently, the expiration date on all the hotel stay certificates we print is December 2, 2009.
(Some certificates may have an earlier date, but we honor them in full
through the December 2, 2009 date.) Many other issuing vendors are much stricter, with expiration dates as early as 90 days after issue.
- Are there any blackout dates?
Dates near holidays are usually not available. Other than that, your customers shouldn't have any problems getting the reservation they want.
- Can you guarantee that all locations will always be available?
We can't promise that every destination will always be available at all times, but it's rare when one isn't. We work with numerous hotels in each destination, so that if one ever drops out of our program, we have a backup.
- How many vacations can my customers take?
A maximum of one per year.
- Who pays the registration fee?
The $10 or $20 registration fee is normally passed on to the customer. This allows distributors to purchase a larger number of certificates.
- How much are room taxes?
State law usually requires consumers to pay taxes on any stay at a lodging establishment, even if the stay is given away or "comped" by the hotel. You don't have to worry, however - we've made sure that taxes will never be higher than $9 a night. (That's per room, not per person.)
- Are there really no other fees?
None at all. No purchase of airline tickets, car rentals, restaurant passes, or anything else is required. We want you to have confidence in the product you'll be distributing.
 Airfare Certificate Questions
- What exactly is each certificate redeemable for?
Each airline certificate is valid for two fully-paid round-trip plane tickets to a great resort destination of the customer's choice. Each ticket may have a maximum value of $800 each. In order for the customer to receive the tickets, they must purchase hotel accommodations at one of our participating hotels. No timeshare presentations are required.
- What type of hotels do you use?
We work exclusively with major hotels and resorts around the world. We do not receive any type of commission from the hotels, and absolutely no mark-up is taken on the published rates.
Some hotels that our agency has used are:
- Ramada Vacation Suites (Orlando)
- Mayan Palace (Acapulco)
- Sandcastle Resort (Jamaica)
- Tidewater Cove (Myrtle Beach)
- Circus Circus (Las Vegas)
- Hotel St. Pierre (Paris)
- What airlines do you use?
We partner only with reliable and stable airlines - carriers like Delta, Northwest, United, and American. No start-ups or commuter flights are used, and customers do not have to fly stand-by.
- Are upgrades available?
YES, upgrades and extensions are freely available at the customer's discretion. They will be responsible for any additional fees.
- What if someone has friends or family in their desired destination and does not need to stay in a hotel?
As a condition of receiving the tickets, consumers do need to meet the minimum hotel stay. However, after this is completed, they are free to do as they please. So, if your customer was going on a long trip to see relatives, they could stay the first week in a hotel, then make their own arrangements as they wish. Our agency can then fly them back home whenever they'd like.
- What departure cities are eligible? Do users need to leave from NYC or L.A.?
You may have seen similar offers that required travelers to pay for their own transportation costs to "gateway" cities (New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago). Our air program is different. Any U.S. city with a major airport will qualify for free departure. We also offer free connections with limited Canadian cities.
- Are there any taxes, surcharges, hidden fees, etc.?
If you're looking for hidden fees, you can breathe easy. There is a one-time registration fee of $10. Normal government taxes may also apply (usually about $5-10 per ticket). That's all.
Please be aware that other offers you see may require "processing" fees of $100 or more, and contain hidden timeshare requirements that come back to haunt distributors.
- I'm ready to order! What do I do?
Pricing for the airfare certificates is done on a sliding scale based on quantity. Numerical serialization is included, and we can ship your order immediately upon receiving payment.

 Buy-One-Get-One-Free Cruise
- What exactly is each certificate redeemable for?
Each certificate is valid for a FREE cruise when one cruise is purchased at normal brochure rates. In other words, when two people go on a cruise, only one cruise will be paid for. The companion will travel at no cost.
- How does it work?
We've made our cruise program simple and painless for your customers. A major cruise industry affiliate has provided us with a toll-free number that customers can call to receive a free brochure and sample sailings. After receiving the brochure, they can call another toll-free number to book their preferred cruise. Restrictions are few, and we can work with the biggest and most popular cruise lines in the world.
- Is the 2-for-1 cruise offer available only on special promotional cruises?
No, not at all. In fact, your customers can usually choose from practically any current sailing. This offer is different from similar incentives, where only selected lines, ships and sailing destinations are allowed, and the customers must pay a high registration fee of $100 or more to receive the 2-for-1 promotion. For the first time ever, the cruises are unrestricted and the registration fee is just a flat $10.
Like the airfare certificates, pricing for the cruise certificates is done on a sliding scale based on quantity. Shipping and numbering is included, and we can ship your order immediately upon receiving payment.

 Discount Golf Memberships
- What exactly is each certificate redeemable for?
Each discount golf certificate entitles the recipient to a one-year membership in our exclusive golf savings program. The membership is valid at over 1,500 courses throughout North America. 2-for-1 green fees are the most popular course savings.
Other savings and benefits may include:
- Discount pro shop merchandise
- Free bucket of balls for the driving range
- Discounts on Disneyland and Disneyworld courses
- Free cart rental
- Other seasonal promotions.
- How does it work?
Each golf discount certificate is redeemable for a membership card and complete course directory. To receive these materials, customers pay a one-time $10 registration fee.
Whenever the recipient is ready to play a round or two, they can just call up the participating golf course and give them their assigned customer number. No one is required to make all bookings through a centralized agency, and you do not need to make your reservation far in advance like other offers - just 24 hours with our program.
- Are there any taxes, surcharges, hidden fees, etc.?
No, absolutely not. The one-time $10 registration fee is all your customers will ever pay.
- Great! How do I place an order?
We price our golf discount membership certificates at 80 cents each, with a low minimum purchase of 100. Shipping is just $10, and we'll drop the price to 60 cents each if you buy 1,000 or more.

 Promotions and distributor questions
- How does the reservation process work? Do I have to do a lot of paperwork?
Actually, you don't have to do any paperwork at all. We'll handle everything for you and your customer. After they receive a certificate from you, they'll mail it in to our Redemption Center with their preferred travel dates and registration fee (either $10 or $20). We'll quickly confirm their eligibility and mail or fax them a final reservation form. Travel reservations will then be made in their name at the hotel, and we can help with any other requests that they have. It's that simple.
- Can I get a sample certificate prior to placing a large order?
Yes, you are welcome to purchase a sample certificate packet for your consideration. If you place a full order after trying the samples, we'll deduct the cost.
- Are the certificates transferable? Can I "wholesale" them to other distributors?
Yes, absolutely. They are fully transferable and no one will encounter any hassles using them without receiving them directly from us. We do not print our web site address on the certificates, so you don't have to worry about your customer discovering the source and bypassing you the next time.
- Can I sell these incentives directly to consumers through online auctions or other sales campaigns?
As a general rule, we ask that our products NOT be resold directly to consumers. They can be given away as a bonus item with the purchase of any other product or service, and bulk sales to other businesses are no problem. Some exceptions can be made for non-profit fundraising or other special circumstances, so please contact us before beginning your campaign to see if it qualifies for reselling.
